*Coaching packet and workbook
*Personal program design which offers healthier choices in diet and encourages regular exercise
*Assistance with meal/snack planning to match your specific needs
*Weekly phone-coaching sessions
*Availability via text or email for challenges that occur between our weekly call
*Emails offering motivational support, education, healthy lifestyle tips, recipes and ideas
*Accountability factor to your coach…ME!

Coaching commitments are currently offered in 4 and 6 month packages.
